• Typically, we do not reorder our designs. On some rare occasions we may place additional orders, but we like to keep newer designs on hand.
• Holiday designs are sold annually and are not sold in future years. We will always bring you a new design for most major holidays, so keep an eye out!
• Yes! It is recommended that you hand-wash all of our products. Use warm water, a light detergent, and hang to air dry for the best results. Alternatively, you can machine wash with a delicate cycle. It is highly recommended you use a garmet bag to avoid damaging your washer with our metal attachments.
• We currently do not offer gift cards. This is something we are looking into for the near future. If you would like to join our mailing list, we will update you once we have these ready.
• Yes! We are very pleased to finally offer international shipping to Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom!
• All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours.
• Typical shipping times are between 3-7 days for domestic orders.
• International orders can take 7-21+ days to arrive.

• Once we receive your order, you will be sent an email confirmation regarding your order. In this email it will have a tracking link for your item(s) that will be updated during the shipping process.
- Not all orders receive tracking numbers. If your order is below $20, there is a chance your item will ship without a tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges
• If your item(s) is/are unused, hair-free, unwashed, and unaltered we can process your return. Please contact us for more information on how to send in your return.
• We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to chewing or other damage caused by you or your pet.
• You are responsible for any return shipping for undamaged products.
• Please provide your order confirmation with your return slip. Without this, we cannot properly process your return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Payment can only be returned to the original form of payment.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• We do not accept exchanges.
• If you would like to exchange one of our products for a different style, size, color, or product, please place a new order and start processing a return for your original order.
