AMBASSADOR REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have an Instagram account for your dog
  • Must have at least 250 followers and post at least twice per week
  • Must follow @preppy_pawz on Instagram
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must agree to our terms and conditions below

PREPPY PAWZ AMBASSADOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. We will only evaluate ambassadors with an active, public Instagram account that meet the requirements above.
  2. You must be over the age of 18 years to apply.
  3. Our brand ambassador program is a non-exclusive contract.
  4. Ambassadors, their Followers, and all individuals using the Ambassador's unique discount code qualify for a 15% discount on all purchases made, net of discounts, shipping, refunds and taxes.
  5. As an ambassador you are eligible for one free item from the Preppy Pawz online store. If selected, you will be provided a confidential code that is not to be shared, which may be redeemed for a free item. Sharing this code with anyone is a breach of this agreement, and may result in termination of this agreement.
  6. Ambassador acknowledges and hereby agrees to grant Preppy Pawz LLC the unlimited use of any and all work product developed by the Ambassador. Work product includes but is not limited to all social media posts, pictures, images, videos, recordings, taglines, hashtags, posts, commentary, and designs.
  7. Ambassador hereby assigns and transfers all right, title, ownership and interest therein, presently known or hereafter ascertained, including, but not limited to, all copyright rights therein, the right to secure the copyright (and all renewals, reissues and extensions thereof) throughout the world, without any restrictions as to use, to Company. 
  8. Preppy Pawz expects the Ambassador to make at least one sale per 90 day period using your unique discount code. If the Ambassador does not meet this requirement, the brand ambassador agreement will be withdrawn.
  9. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
  10. In the event that the Ambassador has breached this agreement, we may (i) immediately suspend, limit or terminate the Ambassador’s access to any Advertiser account and/or (ii) instruct the Ambassador to cease all promotional activities or make clarifying statements, and the Ambassador shall immediately comply.
  11. The Company will retain the rights to use any photos you send us or tag us in, even if the Ambassador exits the program.
  12. We may change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Unless this Agreement or applicable law specifies otherwise, we will give you thirty (30) days notice prior to any significant change to this Agreement.
